Feeling fruity? Pearls of Honeydew melon with slices of fresh fruit and mango coulis.
Gone all warm and soft inside- Wild mushrooms sauteed with garlic, asparagus and cream, served in a filo pastry basket.
Too hot to handle- Tomato and basil soup, finished with double cream and a little chilli oil for a sexy kick!
You're tasty! Succulent prawns in a lettuce leaf cup, topped with creme fraiche and chives
Nice pear- smoked duck breast with poached pear and walnut pieces and a little wholegrain mustard dressing
THE MAIN EVENT:
Nice rump! Tender lamb rump on Parmentier potatoes with a redcurrant and rosemary sauce
Let's have a roll- Pork fillet stuffed with apricots, on a potato cake, with a Dijon mustard sauce
Cod I love you! Thick, oven roasted cod steak on an asparagus trellis with a fresh tomato sauce and new potatoes
What's up duck? Boneless roasted duck with a plum and ginger sauce. Served with baby roast potatoes
